Rates are per kWp of installed capacity, per year, plus 18% GST. Plans run for 1 to 5 years and work alongside your free RayCare.

Good to know
Do I need a paid plan?
No. Free RayCare covers faults, a yearly health check and warranty claims for 5 years. A plan adds regular cleaning, which is what keeps output up on a dusty roof.
What happens after the first 5 years?
The manufacturer warranties carry on: 12 years on panels, 30 years on panel performance, 10 years on lithium-ion batteries and 8 to 10 years on inverters. A RayCare plan keeps your cleaning and health checks going.
What should I keep ready for a claim?
Your invoice and warranty card, a photo of the inverter display, and if you can, monitoring app screenshots showing when output changed.
Can I clean the panels myself?
Yes, if you can reach them safely. Use plain water and a soft brush, and avoid washing hot panels. Our solar panel maintenance guide explains how.
