Request the work your plant needs. We confirm technical suitability, specialist availability and a separate quote before proceeding.
Discuss a specific serviceYou provide suitable water and power, safe plant access and access to monitoring data where available. Extra cleaning, unscheduled visits, repair labour, parts and advanced testing are quoted separately. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to their own terms.
Choosing your plan
The annual price is based on the total installed DC capacity of your solar modules. For example, a 100 kWp plant is ₹40,000 on Essential, ₹55,000 on Plus or ₹60,000 on Pro per year, before applicable GST and additional work.
Both include monthly on-site maintenance. Pro adds weekly remote generation reviews, monthly performance summaries, priority business-hours support and manufacturer warranty claim coordination.
Cleaning needs vary with dust, birds, nearby activity and seasonal conditions. The plan includes cleaning at the scheduled visits. If your site needs extra cleaning, we can quote an additional schedule after assessment.
Yes. Tell us about the issue and your plant. One-time fault diagnosis, repairs and specialist tests are assessed and quoted separately from the annual plans.
No. Share your current agreement so we can check existing coverage and avoid overlapping services. RayCare does not extend manufacturer warranties or change their terms.
